The internal delivery of the products is done on the territory of Romania with the help of fast courier services or, if the delivery address is not within the scope of the fast courier service, through the Romanian Post. Depending on the delivery address, the delivery method is automatically determined. Orders received until 4:00 pm are processed on the same day and orders received after 4:00 pm on the next business day. On the day of shipment you will be contacted by telephone about the shipment, contents, value and approximate date of receipt of the package. For this reason, we need a telephone number for your contact.

The external delivery to the EU will be done through the Romanian Post. The order must be at least 2000 lei, accompanied by the complete and correct address of the place where the parcel should be sent. By e-mail we send you the total amount calculated by the payment with the included postal taxes and the bank account in which you must pay the money in advance. After receiving the money in your account we will send the parcel to you through the Romanian Post, within 5 working days it will be at your disposal. Also by e-mail we will send you the date of submission of the parcel by post, not the shipment number, so that you can follow its arrival at destination.

Courier

Delivery by this method is done on the next business day or, in the case of cities and in exceptional cases, within 48 hours.

The cost of delivery with this method is 25 lei up to 1 kg, over this weight is added 1.5 lei of kg in big cities. In smaller cities you can also add to the expenses for external kilometers from the nearest big city.

Note

As couriers deliver packages between 10am and 3pm, we recommend that, if you are not at home within that period, use the address at the service, in order not to cause delays in delivery.

Romanian Post

By this method, the order will It arrives in a period of 3-6 business days. You will be notified by a postal notice entered in the mailbox to present you at the nearest post office to pick up the ordered products.

The cost of delivery with this method is 15 lei up to 1 kg, 17, 5 lei up to 2 kg and over 2 kg every kg add 1.2 lei.
