Prices

Terms and conditions of payment

The delivery will be made only after the confirmation of the entry of the money in the company account. legal, between 10.00 and 15.00, if it is a fast courier, and in the case of the Romanian Post, the packages can be picked up from the post office according to the schedule. Delivery of the products will be done at the address, headquarters or address indicated by you. The delivery will be made against cost / transport: 25 RON in the case of the courier and 15 RON in the case of the Romanian Post. The products are delivered within the limit of available stock. SC Dorexim SRL cannot guarantee the availability in stock of all the presented products. Offer for the displayed products is valid within the available stock. SC Dorexim SRL reserves the right to defer delivery times, in case the product or products ordered are not available in stock at the time of receipt of the order. In this case, the clients will be informed and consulted about maintaining or canceling the order. upon delivery, the products will be accompanied by the original invoice.
The lack of a notification from us and the expiration of the delivery time, gives you the right to refuse at any time to take over the products. In the event that you are not found at the address mentioned, the courier will return again, after restoring contact with you to set a new delivery date. In the event that you have not been found at the address mentioned, within the period agreed with the courier, your order will be canceled and the product returned to the premises.
The right to unilaterally cancel the contract < / h3>
According to the Ordinance no. 130/2000 regarding the legal regime of distance contracts “The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he gives up the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 10 working days after receiving the product”. By opening the individual packages in which the ordered products were delivered it means that you agree to these conditions of use and that the products are the ones ordered and meet your requirements.SC Dorexim SRL is obliged to refund to the client the amounts collected for the returned products, within a maximum of 30 days from ( your cancellation of the contract ), the date of receipt of the returned product after careful overestimation of its status which there must be no changes.
Limits of liability
SC Dorexim SRL cannot be held responsible for not ordering due to force majeure.
