All sales of the company SC Dorexim SRL are considered as taking place at the company’s headquarters, which is also the place where the obligation was born or that of the place of payment. Any dispute between clients and SC Dorexim SRL will be resolved amicably. If the parties have not been able to resolve the dispute amicably, it will be settled by the competent court.
Transfer of ownership
Transfer of ownership of the ordered products from this site is made at the time of the conclusion of the distance contract, respectively when you receive the message confirming your order and after paying the value of the order made.
