According to the GO no. 130/2000 regarding the legal regime of distance contracts and Law no. 51/2003:
“The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he gives up the purchase, without penalty and without invoking a reason, within 10 working days of receiving the product. The only costs that can be incurred by the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products.”
Regarding the contract, the law provides that:
“If the parties have not agreed otherwise, the moment of the conclusion of the distance contract is the moment of receiving the confirmation message from the consumer, regarding his order.”

Therefore, if you are not satisfied with the product purchased, you can return it, in the original packaging, within 10 working days of receipt, without penalties and without invoking any reason.
The return of the products will be done at your expense, using the same transport service with which the shipment was made. The value of the order will be returned within 30 days from the date of written cancellation of the contract. The amount refunded, as well as the return conditions, do not include shipping costs.
